Privacy Policy
Mibly lets you share selected Apple Health information with an MCP-compatible Agent. This policy explains the local and optional cloud paths.
Data and purpose
With HealthKit permission, Mibly may read sleep, steps, heart rate, heart-rate variability, workouts, weight, and menstrual-cycle records. It uses this data only to sync the categories you enable and answer Agent queries. You can change Health access in iOS Settings.
Free local mode
In Local mode, your iPhone sends selected data over HTTP to the receiver address (IP:port) you configure. The receiver and its MCP service run in an environment controlled by you or your Agent, rather than on Mibly’s cloud infrastructure. Local HTTP is not transport-encrypted, so use a trusted private network or VPN and do not expose the receiver directly to the public internet. Storage, retention, and deletion of data in Local mode are handled within your receiver environment. The Local receiver is open source, so you can inspect the code running on your machine.
Optional Pro cloud mode
After your explicit consent, eligible categories travel over HTTPS to Mibly's Relay. Payloads are encrypted at rest with per-user keys, but the Relay must decrypt them to answer MCP queries; this is not end-to-end encryption. Menstrual-cycle records are not uploaded to the cloud, though they may be used in local mode.
Account and connection data
For Pro, the Relay stores the Sign in with Apple user identifier, encrypted account-key material, subscription status, and connection records: name, token hash (not the reusable raw token), creation/revocation time, and recent query tool/time. The app receives a signed server session for account management. RevenueCat uses the same Apple identifier as its app user ID. Uploaded categories reflect the Health permissions and data types you enable; menstrual-cycle data is excluded from cloud upload.
Providers and operational data
- Apple provides HealthKit, Sign in with Apple, and App Store billing.
- RevenueCat processes purchase and entitlement status.
- Railway hosts the Pro Relay infrastructure.
- DreamHost hosts these static documents and may keep standard web-server access logs such as IP address, time, requested path, and browser information.
Retention and deletion
The Relay periodically cleans primary cloud samples using a 365-day window by default. Eligible expired samples move to a recovery archive, which is also periodically purged using a 7-day grace window; these are cleanup windows, not exact deletion deadlines. Stopping sync or revoking Health permission stops future collection but does not automatically erase stored copies. Use the app's cloud-data deletion to remove Relay primary and recovery copies. You may request account deletion in the app; if that option is not yet available, contact support. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Agents and copies
An Agent or service you connect may create its own conversation history, logs, or copies. Those are controlled by that provider and by you; remove them directly where necessary. Keep pairing and cloud tokens private.
Can I check what my Agent installs?
The Local receiver is open source. You can review the code that receives, stores, and exposes Health data in your environment, so you can inspect where the data goes before you run it.

账户与连接数据
Pro Relay 保存 Apple 登录的用户标识、加密的账户密钥材料、订阅状态，以及连接名称、Token 哈希（不保存可复用的原始 Token）、创建与撤销时间、最近查询工具及时间。App 接收签名会话凭证用于管理账户。RevenueCat 使用同一个 Apple 用户标识关联权益。上传类别取决于你授予的健康权限和启用的数据类型；经期数据排除在云端上传之外。
服务商与运行数据
Apple 提供 HealthKit、Apple 登录和 App Store 结算；RevenueCat 处理购买及权益。Railway 托管 Pro Relay。DreamHost 托管本网站，可能记录 IP、时间、路径和浏览器等标准访问日志。
保留与删除
Relay 默认按 365 天窗口定期清理云端主存；符合清理条件的数据进入恢复归档，归档也按 7 天宽限窗口定期清除。这是清理窗口，并非精确到时的删除保证。停止同步或撤回健康权限不会自动删除已有副本。请使用 App 内删除云端数据功能清除 Relay 主存及恢复副本。你可在 App 内请求删除账户；如入口暂不可用，请联系支持。删除账户不会取消 Apple 订阅。
第三方 Agent
你连接的 Agent 或服务可能保留对话、日志或副本，请按其政策自行管理和删除。请妥善保管 Token。

データと利用目的
HealthKitの許可を得た場合、Miblyは、睡眠、歩数、心拍数、心拍変動、ワークアウト、体重、月経周期の記録を読み取ることがあります。これらのデータは、お客様が有効にしたカテゴリの同期と、AIからのクエリへの応答のためにのみ使用します。ヘルスケアへのアクセス許可は、iOSの「設定」からいつでも変更できます。
無料のローカルモード

任意のProクラウドモード
お客様が明示的に同意した後、対象となるカテゴリのデータは、HTTPSでMiblyのリレー（以下「リレー」といいます）に送信されます。送信されたデータは、ユーザーごとの鍵で保存時に暗号化されます。ただし、MCPクエリに応答するためにリレー側で復号する必要があるため、これはエンドツーエンド暗号化ではありません。月経周期の記録はクラウドにアップロードされません（ローカルモードでは使用されることがあります）。
アカウントおよび接続に関するデータ
Proでは、リレーは、Appleでサインインのユーザー識別子、暗号化されたアカウント鍵の情報、サブスクリプションの状況、および接続記録（名前、トークンのハッシュ値（再利用可能な元のトークンは保存しません）、作成・取り消しの日時、直近のクエリで使用されたツールと日時）を保存します。アプリは、アカウント管理のために、署名付きのサーバーセッションを受け取ります。RevenueCatは、同じApple識別子をアプリのユーザーIDとして使用します。アップロードされるカテゴリは、お客様が有効にしたヘルスケアの許可とデータ種類に応じて決まります。月経周期のデータは、クラウドへのアップロードから除外されます。
サービス提供事業者と運用上のデータ
- Appleは、HealthKit、Appleでサインイン、およびApp Storeの課金を提供します。
- RevenueCatは、購入と利用権（エンタイトルメント）の状態を処理します。
- Railwayは、Proのリレーのインフラをホストします。
- DreamHostは、これらの静的ドキュメントをホストします。IPアドレス、日時、リクエストされたパス、ブラウザ情報など、標準的なウェブサーバーのアクセスログを保持することがあります。
保持と削除
リレーは、プライマリのクラウドサンプルを、デフォルトで365日の期間を基準に定期的にクリーンアップします。期限が過ぎた対象のサンプルは復旧用アーカイブに移され、このアーカイブも7日の猶予期間を基準に定期的に消去されます。これらはクリーンアップの期間であり、削除の厳密な期限ではありません。同期を停止した場合や、ヘルスケアの許可を取り消した場合、以後の収集は停止しますが、保存済みのコピーが自動的に消去されるわけではありません。リレー上のプライマリのコピーと復旧用のコピーを削除するには、アプリの「クラウドデータを削除」をご利用ください。アカウントの削除は、アプリ内でリクエストできます。この機能がまだ利用できない場合は、サポートまでご連絡ください。アカウントを削除しても、App Storeのサブスクリプションは解約されません。
AIとコピー
お客様が接続したAIまたはサービスは、独自の会話履歴、ログ、またはコピーを作成することがあります。これらはそのプロバイダーとお客様が管理するものです。必要に応じて、それぞれの場所で直接削除してください。ペアリングコードとクラウドのトークンは、他の人に知られないよう管理してください。
