Mibly is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These additional terms explain the service without replacing Apple's EULA.
Health information, not medical advice
Mibly organizes data you authorize and makes it available to connected Agents. It is not a medical device, diagnostic service, emergency service, or substitute for professional care. Do not rely on it for urgent or clinical decisions.
Your responsibilities
You choose Health permissions, connection modes, Agents, networks, and tokens. Protect credentials, use trusted networks, review an Agent's privacy practices, and verify important results. You are responsible for copies retained by Agents you connect.
Subscriptions and trials
Purchases are processed by Apple at the price and billing period shown in the App Store purchase sheet. A free trial or introductory offer appears only when Apple and RevenueCat report that the current account and product are eligible. Subscriptions renew and can be managed or cancelled through Apple under the terms shown at purchase. Deleting Mibly data or an account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription.
Availability
Local connections depend on your devices and network. Cloud and third-party services may be interrupted, changed, or unavailable. Keep independent copies of anything you need to retain.

订阅与试用
Apple 按购买确认页显示的价格和周期结算。只有 Apple 与 RevenueCat 判断当前账户及商品符合资格时才会显示免费试用或优惠。订阅续费、管理和取消均遵循购买时显示的 Apple 条款。删除数据或账户不会自动取消 Apple 订阅。
可用性
本地连接依赖设备与网络；云端及第三方服务可能中断、变化或不可用。请自行保留必要副本。

お客様の責任
ヘルスケアの許可、接続方法、接続するAI、ネットワーク、トークンはお客様が選択します。認証情報を適切に管理し、信頼できるネットワークを使用し、AIのプライバシー方針を確認し、重要な結果はご自身で確認してください。接続したAIが保持するコピーについては、お客様の責任となります。
サブスクリプションと無料トライアル
購入はAppleが処理し、価格と請求期間はApp Storeの購入画面に表示されたとおりです。無料トライアルや導入価格は、現在のアカウントと商品が対象であるとAppleおよびRevenueCatが判断した場合にのみ表示されます。サブスクリプションは自動更新され、購入時に表示された条件に従い、Appleを通じて管理・解約できます。Miblyのデータやアカウントを削除しても、Appleのサブスクリプションは解約されません。
提供状況
ローカル接続は、お客様のデバイスとネットワークに依存します。クラウドおよび第三者のサービスは、中断、変更、または利用できなくなる場合があります。保持が必要なデータは、別途コピーを保管してください。
